Dominique Lloyd, a 26-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, was tragically found shot to death on March 18, 2018. Lloyd was discovered in the driver's seat of his pickup truck, which was parked in the driveway of his home on East Prospect Street, just off of West 12th Street on Jacksonville's Westside.
