Jaquann Tarshon Mitchell, a 23-year-old, was one of the victims in a triple homicide that occurred on September 23, 2023, at the JTB Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida. Mitchell, along with 24-year-old Keonte Johnson and 3-year-old Kae'Lynn Matthews, were shot and killed in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
