Gary Leon Bell, a 62-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2014. Bell, who was a dedicated employee of Republic Services, was known for his commitment and service to the community. On the day of his death, Bell was walking on a Northside sidewalk when he was gunned down in what appeared to be a senseless act of violence.
