Christopher Carter Mikell, a 17-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2016, in a violent shootout. The incident occurred in the northwest area of Jacksonville, where Mikell and another teenager, Malcolm Tyrod Belt, were involved in a gun battle.
