John Dawsey, a 34-year-old man from Jacksonville, FL, was tragically shot and killed on December 23, 2018. The incident occurred in the Woodstock neighborhood on the city's Westside. Dawsey was found on a sidewalk with a gunshot wound and was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and saw several suspects fleeing the scene, although they could not provide detailed descriptions of the individuals involved.
