Terrell Holsey, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 24, 2011, in Jacksonville, Florida. Holsey was shot in the head and torso while walking down the street with another individual. The incident occurred around 12:45 PM in the 2400 block of West 14th and Barnett streets.
