Emmanuel Watts, a 44-year-old resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2018. The incident occurred at a Westar gas station located near Northwest Seventh Avenue and Broward Boulevard. Surveillance footage captured the harrowing moments leading up to his death.
