Shannon Blaire Jr., aged 29, was fatally shot on September 16, 2015, in Annapolis, Maryland. The incident occurred in the Bay Highlands neighborhood near the intersection of Washington Avenue and Bay Highland Drive. Blaire was found lying in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
