Jorge Carlos Chacon Arza, aged 52, was tragically killed on August 2, 2019, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred around 8 a.m. in the area of Northwest 87th Street and Northwest 24th Avenue. Chacon Arza was fatally shot while he was doing yard work outside his home. His daughter, Lisset Chacon, described him as a good man who was trying to turn his life around after being recently released from jail. She emphasized his positive influence on her life and his efforts to rebuild his own.
