Justin Harper, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2019, in Orlando, Florida. Harper was fatally shot at an Enterprise car rental storage lot on Hangar Boulevard, near Orlando International Airport. The incident occurred on a Saturday evening, and Harper was immediately transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
