Bruce Salituri, aged 59, was tragically killed on September 12, 2019, in his Fort Lauderdale home. The incident was initially believed to be a murder-suicide attempt, but further investigation revealed it to be a targeted hit. Michael Schnitzerling, 29, posed as a Florida Power and Light worker to gain access to Salituri's home.
