Richard S. Cutshaw, aged 70, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2019, in Coral Gables, Florida. Richard, originally from Dalton, Massachusetts, was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a shootout between police and jewelry store robbers. The incident began when the robbers hijacked a UPS truck and led police on a 23-mile chase from Coral Gables to Miramar, Florida.
