Billy Dale Stacks, a 62-year-old man from Tyler, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2017. Stacks was working as a clerk at a Conoco gas station on Loop 323 in Tyler when he was fatally shot during an armed robbery. The incident occurred just before 4 a.m., and Stacks was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
