Kelvin T. Gaines Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2019. The incident occurred early on a Sunday morning, around 5:00 AM, in an Orlando neighborhood on Kirkland Boulevard, not far from L.B. McLeod Road.
