Edward Manuel "Eddie" Sotomayor Jr., a 34-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. Eddie was one of the 49 victims of the Pulse Nightclub shooting, a horrific mass shooting at a popular gay nightclub. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of the morning, was one of the deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history.
