In the early morning hours of December 5, 2015, the life of a Baltimore man was tragically cut short. Forty-nine-year-old Carl Brooks, a Black male, was found at approximately 3:20 a.m. in the 2200 block of Druid Hill Avenue. He had been fatally stabbed. Emergency services responded to the scene, but Mr. Brooks' injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead at the location.
