On June 22, 2020, Kathi Blankenberg, a 35-year-old resident of Pompano Beach, Florida, was found dead in her home at 614 Gardens Drive. The discovery was made early in the morning when her husband, Philip Edwards, called 911, claiming he had found her shot. Upon arrival, Broward Sheriff's Office deputies found Blankenberg's body inside the residence. The couple's twin infants were also present in the home but were unharmed and subsequently placed in the custody of the Florida Department of Child ...
