On November 30, 2020, Jose E. Alvarez Martinez, a 47-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in a shooting outside an auto body shop in Opa-locka, Florida. Martinez, who had worked at Exit 95 Auto Enterprises for 16 years, was ambushed by two men as he was returning to the shop. Surveillance footage captured the moments leading up to the shooting, showing Martinez walking back to the shop before two men exited a silver Cadillac with guns drawn and opened fire.
