Micah Dankowitz, an 18-year-old male from North Port, FL, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2021, following a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred near Porto Chico Avenue on South Biscayne Drive, where Micah was found with a gunshot wound to the head. He was immediately transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital and placed on life support. Despite the medical efforts, Micah succumbed to his injuries a few days later.
