Jaqavies "Quay-Quay" Rivers, a 22-year-old resident of North Port, Florida, was tragically killed on September 26, 2017. His body was discovered at a home on the 2400 block of Roxbury Circle around 12:25 a.m. The North Port Police Department quickly determined that the killing was not a random act, but they initially withheld specific details about the manner of his death to protect the integrity of their investigation.
