Timothy Fitzpatrick Sr., a 55-year-old white male, was found dead in his home in Casselberry, FL, on July 28, 2021. The discovery was made after his wife, Sherry Fitzpatrick, called 911, reporting that she found him unresponsive with dried blood around his head and bullet holes in the wall nearby. The police responded to the scene on North Winter Park Drive around 7:30 a.m. and initiated a homicide investigation.
