Robert D. Arrocha, a 33-year-old man, was tragically shot to death on the night of October 25, 2016, at the Carrington Park apartments in Casselberry, Florida. The incident occurred around 9:41 p.m., and Arrocha was found dead on the back porch of one of the units on Banyon Tree Circle.
