On September 5, 2021, Catherine "Cathy" Toney Delgado, aged 62, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Lakeland, Florida. Born on July 11, 1959, in Richmond, Virginia, Cathy moved to central Florida during her infancy, where she was raised and later established her family.
