Phoebe Winston, a 23-year-old resident of Plant City, Florida, was reported missing on October 28, 1977. She was last seen driving her 1964 light blue Ford 4-door sedan. The vehicle was later recovered on March 3, 1978, off Cleveland Heights Boulevard in Lakeland. Tragically, on March 27, 1979, her skeletal remains were discovered in an open field northeast of Cleveland Heights Boulevard and Rolling Woods Lane in Lakeland.
