Theodore Bush, 41, a White man, was killed in Baltimore, Maryland on April 19, 2016, after gunfire erupted in the area around Esther Place and North Conkling Street in Southeast Baltimore. In the early hours of that Tuesday morning, a police officer on patrol came across a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was rushed to a hospital, but he did not survive.
