Dominique Lemons, a 36-year-old mother of four, was tragically found shot to death at her apartment in El Portal, Miami, on March 14, 2022. The incident occurred just after 9:30 p.m. when police responded to reports of gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lemons bleeding outside her second-floor apartment.
