Cliff Perard, a 38-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2022, in Sanford, Florida. The incident occurred during an eviction dispute at a home on Anderson Circle. Perard, who was at the property to evict a tenant, was fatally shot in the backyard.
