Mark Cine, a 25-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, was tragically found dead on October 5, 2022. His body, along with that of his roommate, Eric Watters, was discovered inside their apartment located near Northwest 92nd Street and 25th Avenue in Northwest Miami-Dade. The discovery was made by a friend who immediately alerted the authorities.
