Alfonso Rafael Jr., a 56-year-old disabled man from Miami, FL, died on October 26, 2015, in a tragic murder-suicide. Alfonso Rafael Jr. was shot by his father, Alfonso Rafael Sr., in their home in Westchester, a neighborhood in Miami. The incident was a result of a murder-suicide, where Alfonso Rafael Sr. took his own life after killing his son. Alfonso Rafael Jr. was a wheelchair user, and his disability was unspecified.
