Diomicio Primitivo Ibarra-Hernandez, a 26-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2022, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The incident occurred at the Sunshine Skyway South Fishing Pier, where Diomicio was found dead inside a parked car. Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots before discovering his body.
