Emmanuel Isaiah Sims, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2017, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Rajax Meat Market located at 2327 MLK St. S. Emmanuel was found on the ground in front of the market after being shot inside his vehicle. Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other individuals were in the vehicle with Emmanuel at the time of the shooting but were unharmed.
