Federal Prohibition Agent Albert Louis Brown died on June 9, 1930, in Modoc County, California, under tragic circumstances. On that day, Agent Brown, along with his colleague Agent Robert Davis, was attempting to arrest Rodney Selby for violating the National Prohibition Act.
