Francisco Lopez Medina, a 32-year-old resident of El Sobrante, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of April 27, 2014. The incident occurred in the driveway of a home located on the 4200 block of Santa Rita Road. Deputies from the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call at approximately 9:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Medina suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
