Delroy Peters, aged 35, was killed on July 23, 2016, in a double homicide that took place in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 300 block of North Carrollton Avenue. Both Peters and another victim, Eboni Thornton, were found dead in a home where drugs were also discovered.
