Bilal Baha Omar, aged 50, was found with multiple gunshot wounds on June 19, 2022, at approximately 11:55 p.m. in the 2700 block of Kinsey Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Officers responding to the scene discovered Omar with severe injuries to his upper body. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. A second victim, a 39-year-old man, was also found nearby with a gunshot wound to his leg and a graze wound on his head; he was hospitalized and expected to survive.
