A promising young life was tragically cut short on October 8, 2024, when 15-year-old Titan Walker, a Black male, was shot and killed in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred around 11:15 a.m. in the 2900 block of Garfield Avenue in the city's Portland neighborhood. When officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered the teenager and a woman with gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts, Titan was pronounced dead at the scene.
