In the spring of 2016, a young man's life was cut short in Louisville, Kentucky, leaving a family to grapple with a sudden and violent loss. Nineteen-year-old Dustin J. Osborne, a male resident of Louisville, died on April 14, 2016, from a gunshot wound to the chest.
