Derek Flemming, a 43-year-old resident of Oceola Township, Michigan, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2014, in a road-rage incident in Genoa Township. Flemming was fatally shot by Martin Edward Zale, a 69-year-old man from Marion Township, during a confrontation at a red light on Grand River Avenue.
