Neal Joseph Moynihan, a 19-year-old resident of San Francisco, California, tragically lost his life on December 22, 1973. Neal was walking near Market Street when he was shot three times. His death was part of a series of racially motivated attacks known as the "Zebra" murders, which terrorized San Francisco between 1973 and 1974.
