Justin Willis, a 27-year-old resident of South San Francisco, was tragically shot and killed on January 29, 2017, in the Bayview District of San Francisco. The incident occurred just before 1 p.m. on Armstrong Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Willis lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of paramedics, Willis succumbed to his injuries at San Francisco General Hospital.
