Frank Teplansky, aged 51, tragically lost his life on July 12, 1976, in a mass shooting at California State University, Fullerton. Teplansky, a graphic artist employed by the university, was one of the victims of Edward Charles Allaway, a custodian at the university who went on a shooting rampage that day.
