Ronnie Gene Wiebe, a 20-year-old white male from Fullerton, California, was found dead in July 1973. Born on June 14, 1953, in Madera County, California, Ronnie Gene Wiebe’s life was tragically cut short when he became one of the victims of Randy Kraft, a notorious serial killer known as the "Freeway Killer" and the "Scorecard Killer." Wiebe’s body was discovered in Orange County, California, and he was later buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress.
