In the early morning hours of November 19, 2016, the life of 19-year-old Jamere Ricks was cut short in a fatal shooting in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 1:11 a.m. in the 1700 block of East 25th Street, where police responded to a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ricks with apparent gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.
