Howard Banks, a 45-year-old African American male, was found deceased on December 4, 2016, in Baltimore. His body was discovered alongside two other victims, Antonio Davis, 23, and Thomas Carter, 42, all of whom had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Bennett Place, a location that had been associated with gang-related activity.
