Jasmine Ka-Man Ling, a 19-year-old resident of Alhambra, California, tragically lost her life on November 25, 2004. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Jasmine was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting while she was standing in front of a fast-food restaurant in Alhambra. The incident occurred as she was entering the Tapioca Express, making her an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of gang violence.
