Joshua K. Thierry, an 18-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2007. Thierry was struck in the torso and succumbed to his injuries later at California Hospital. One of his friends, a man, was hit in the leg but survived, while the other friend, a woman, was unharmed.
