Terrell Love Russell, a 19-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2017. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Russell was standing in front of a home in the 9500 block of South Western Avenue in Gramercy Park when he was approached by two men.
