Mauricio Reyes-Cruz, a 21-year-old Latino man, was tragically shot and killed on January 27, 2008, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 1:10 a.m. on the 1200 block of West Anaheim Street. According to reports, Reyes-Cruz and his brother were eating at a taco truck when they were approached by two Latino men.
