Alicia Ortega, aged 46, was one of the victims of the tragic Covina massacre that occurred on December 24, 2008, in Covina, California. This horrific event was perpetrated by Bruce Jeffrey Pardo, a 45-year-old man who carried out a mass murder at a Christmas Eve party hosted by his former in-laws.
