In the late afternoon of Sunday, November 2, 2025, a dispute at a self-storage facility in Covina, California, turned deadly, claiming the life of 44-year-old Patricia Villa. A Hispanic female and a dedicated employee of One Stop Storage on North Barranca Avenue for over five years, Villa was known for her kindness and positivity.
